Patricia Marie Kasmarick (nee Arndt)

Sept. 26, 1953 - June 12, 2008

Patricia Marie Kasmarick (nee Arndt) went home to the Lord at 3:50 p.m. on Thursday, June 12, 2008, after a courageous battle with cancer. A lifelong resident of Waukesha, Pattie was born Sept. 26, 1953, to Lena Arndt (nee Mattiacci) and the late Clarence "Bud" Arndt.

A 1971 graduate of Waukesha South High School, Pattie went on to marry the love of her life, Dennis Kasmarick on Aug. 4, 1973. Though she worked at several locations in the area, most recently at the University of Wisconsin-Waukesha, her most meaningful job was that of committed wife and mother. She was, and will remain, a symbol of love and devotion to her family.

Pattie is lovingly remembered and will be deeply missed by her husband, Dennis; her two sons, Jason (Alix) of Milwaukee and Timothy of Wauwatosa; mother, Lee of Waukesha; brother, Michael (Debbie) of Waterford; and countless other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 4:30 p.m. until the 6:30 p.m. funeral service today, June 16, at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, with the Rev. Patrick Griffiths officiating. There will be a private family interment service held at Prairie Home Cemetery, Waukesha. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations in Pat’s honor to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, 13195 W. Hampton Ave., Butler, WI 53007.
