William M. Ottman

William Michael Ottman, 45, of Watertown, died at his home Sunday, March 9, 2008. He was born Oct. 12, 1962, in Milwaukee, to George and Faye (nee Braund) Ottman.

Bill graduated from Luther Burbank High School in Sacramento, Calif., in 1982. He was currently employed at Andy’s Automotive in Watertown. He had also enjoyed working in the construction industry and was a cook in Missouri for many years. William enjoyed fishing, hunting, cooking and loved his cat, Tigger.

He is survived by his loving parents, George and Faye Ottman of Forsyth, Mo.; sister, Michelle Rodriguez of Sacramento; two nieces, Amanda and Maria of Sacramento; loving godmother, Janet Von Seggern of Redmond, Ore.; aunts and uncles, Denise (Joel) Lamp of Forsyth, Darlene (Philip) Getchel of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., Mary (Alan) Lapp, Victoria Selman and Jacqueline MacIntosh, all of Clanton, Ala., and William (Cindy) Ottman of East Troy; many cousins, great-aunts and uncles; and his friend, Wanda Updike of Watertown.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, March 14, at Hafemeister Funeral Home, 611 E. Main St., Watertown. A graveside service will be held on the afternoon of May 24 at Hustler Cemetery in Hustler.
