Lowell R. ‘Bob’ Wallace

Lowell R. "Bob" Wallace of Friendship, formerly of Dousman, died Monday, March 17, 2008, at the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison at age 68. He was born Feb. 24, 1940, in Ada, Minn., to Donald and Ethel Wallace.

Bob retired from the Waukesha School District, where he worked for many years.

He will be sadly missed by his wife, Barbara (nee Ahrendt) of Friendship, along with their children, Randy Wallace of Ashippun, Anthony (Jean) Wallace of North Prairie and Anita (Brian) Voss of Dousman. He was the dear grandfather of Jason and Alex Wallace, both of Brookfield, Heather and John Voss, both of Dousman, and April Wallace of Waukesha. He is further survived by his sisters, Sharon (Chuck) Slater of Delafield and Barbara (Bob) Huebner of Waukesha; brother, Frank (Lee) Wallace of Waukesha; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Harold, and nephew, Bobby Huebner Jr.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, March 24, at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. Visitation continues from 9:30 a.m. until the 10 a.m. funeral Mass on Tuesday, March 25, at St. Bruno’s Catholic Church, 266 W. Ottawa Ave., Dousman. Graveside services will follow at St. Bruno’s Cemetery.
