James L. ‘Jim’ Wolf

Nov. 21, 1949 - May 4, 2008

James L. "Jim" Wolf, a lifelong resident of Milwaukee, died Sunday, May 4, 2008, at age 58. Jim was born Nov. 21, 1949, the son of Raymond and Doris Wolf.

Jim was employed as a bartender for more than 30 years. He enjoyed playing games, including spades, cribbage and dice, and was also known for telling jokes. He loved spending time with his family.

Jim will be sadly missed by his son, Kenneth (Theresa) Relish; grandsons, Anthony Kenneth and Justin James; parents, Raymond and Doris of Waukesha; brother, David (Rebecca) Wolf of North Prairie; sister, Linda (Harland) Rausch of Big Bend; nephews, Richard (Paula) Rausch, Randy (Carol) Rausch, Brian Rausch and Jaysen Wolf; niece, Danyell (Steve) Alger; and his special friends, Paula and Chuck Johnson. Jim is further survived by other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, great-niece and nephew.

Visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. until the 11:30 a.m. funeral Mass on Friday, May 9, at St. William Catholic Church, 440 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI 53188. The Rev. Leonard Barbian will be officiating. Private burial will be held at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Cemetery, Union Grove.
