Leslie G. Lovelien

April 16, 1941 - May 4, 2008

Leslie G. Lovelien, 67, of Casa Grande, Ariz., passed away Sunday, May 4, 2008, after a courageous battle with cancer. Les was born April 16, 1941, in Underwood, N.D., to the late Adolph Lovelien and Katherine SpringMyer.

Les served four years in the U.S. Air Force. His passion was for horses and farming, either in North Dakota or Wisconsin. Les retired from Amron Corp. after 33 years and then moved seven years ago to Casa Grande, Ariz., with fiancee Roxanne Sheggeby. Les was a genuine person, a friend to many and a father who will be missed deeply.

Les is survived by his three children and nine grandchildren: his son, Jeff and wife Stephanie Lovelien of Sussex, and grandchildren Jaedra and Paige; his daughter, Lesley Lovelien of Green Bay and grandchildren, Dominique, Kira, Robert, Steven and Thomas; and his daughter, Jamie and husband Derek Ingle of Oconomowoc, and grandchildren Tyler and Brady. He is also survived by his sisters, Alama Dean and Deloris and husband Erv Fiedler, and a brother, Orlyn  and wife Margie Lovelien.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Marvin Lovelien, Arlo Lovelien and Donald Lovelien, and nephew, Joel Lovelien.

There will be no public funeral service.
