Marlys Joan Doern Nov. 12, 1943 - May 27, 2008
Marlys was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed reading, travel and spending time with her family and friends. She held multiple jobs in the Waukesha area, most recently working in the Waukesha County Treasurerﾕs Office. Marlys will be deeply missed by her husband, Myron Jr. of Waukesha; her two sons, Brad Doern of Arizona and Jason Doern of Waukesha; and her two grandchildren, Emily and Sarah Doern. Marlys is further survived by her two brothers, Dick and Mike Oas. A private memorial service for Marlys will be held Saturday, May 31, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 W. Joan Doern of Waukesha passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2008, in her home at
age 64. Marlys was born in Menomonie, Dunn County, the daughter of Harold
and Leola Oas.
