Miles Evan Edwards

Miles Evan Edwards, son of Evan Owen Edwards and Irma Dornfeld, was born Sept. 15, 1931, and died Feb. 15, 2007, after a long illness.

Miles attended Oconomowoc High School and graduated from Columbia University in New York City . He was a Korean War veteran, decorated for bravery in action.

He is survived by daughters, Margaret of Wisconsin and Katya and Alexandra of New York; and by one son, Vanya, of New York . He is also survived by his wife of 30 years, Victoria; and three grandchildren, Sofia, Miles and Evan, all of New York City; and a sister, Donna Zaun, of California.

He was preceded in death by his parents and five brothers: Lee Edwards,

James Edwards, David Edwards, Harold Wieseke and Dr. W.O. Wieseke.

Ashes will be interred at 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 5 at Jerusalem Cemetery , Wales .
