John Gary Hingiss

March, 19, 1950 - Sept. 15, 2008

John Gary Hingiss, 58, passed away Monday, Sept. 15, 2008, in Wisconsin Rapids. John was born March, 19, 1950, in Marshfield. The Hingiss family moved to Waukesha one year later.

John owned a carpet installation business for many years in Milwaukee area before moving to Wisconsin Rapids. John enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing horseshoes and being in the Northwoods.

John is survived by his children, Jeffrey (Shelly) and Lisa (Mark) Primasing; his grandchildren, Breanna, Taylor and Chase; his mother, Ruth; sisters, Janice (Gordy) and Peggy (Randy); brothers, William Richard, Barry (Debbie), Scott, Kurt and Mark (MaryJo); and many nieces and nephews.

John was preceded in death by his father, William A. Hingiss.

A memorial will begin at 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 21, at 5179 E. Pretty Lake Road, Dousman, WI 53188.
