Maureen Weadick (nee Murphy) entered eternal life Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2008.
Maureen found endless joy in the final years of her life, spending time with her grandchildren and keeping in close contact with her family in Dublin, Ireland, where she was born.
She was the beloved wife of 39 years to James; loving mother of Kathryn (David) Ascher, Kevin (Brenda) and Kara (Dan) Maurice; proud grandma of Logan, Lauren, Lincoln, Audrey, Claire and Evan; and sister of Gerard (the late Mona), the late Vincent (Emer), Charlotte (Don), the late George (Nancy), Noel (Mabel), Eamonn, the late Doreen, Eva and Josephine (Jim). She is further survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation from 5 p.m. until the 7 p.m. Mass of Christian burial Monday, Sept. 29, at St. Anthony on the Lake Catholic Church, W280-N2101 Highway SS, town of Delafield. Private burial will be held at St. Mary of the Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to St. Anthony on the Lake Catholic School.
The family would like to thank the Life Care Hospital and VITAS Hospice for all their efforts and kindness during the past several months.
