William J. ‘Bill’ Jelinek Jr.

April 14, 1942 - April 17, 2009

William J. "Bill" Jelinek Jr. of Waukesha died Friday, April 17, 2009, at Zilber Family Hospice at age 67. He was born April 14, 1942, the son of William and Janet Jelinek.

Bill was in the 1960 graduating class of Pius XI High School. He was united in marriage to the love of his life, Annette Amata, on May 22, 1965. His joys in life were collecting cowboy memorabilia, military weapons, old toys and listening to "oldies" music. Bill's greatest joy in life was spending time with his family, his dog, Henry, and traveling.

Bill will be deeply missed by his wife, Annette; children, William (Denise) Jelinek, Gina (Terry) Schwibinger and Natalie (Brian) Sommerfeld; grandchildren, Max and Sophia; granddaughter-to-be, Isabella; and his sisters, Janet Davis and Ann (Brian) Reszczynski. Bill is further survived by other relatives, friends and wonderful granddogs.

Visitation for Bill will be from 9 a.m. until the 11 a.m. memorial Mass on Wednesday, April 22, at St. William Catholic Church, 440 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha. The Rev. Jason Lavann will be officiating.
