Thomas J. Houk II of Waukesha, formerly of Oconomowoc, passed away Sunday, Nov. 29, 2009, at the age of 45. Thomas was born March 8, 1964, in Oconomowoc, to Thomas and Lucille Houk.

Thomas was a truck driver for JPRS Pallet Co. of Waukesha.

He is survived by his mother, Lucille; his children, Dustin Houk, Shawna Houk and Tylor Biersack; his loving girlfriend, Lisa Schuster; his brother, Scott (Kelly) Houk; his sister, Tammy Houk; and nephews and nieces, Steven Saldivar, Mitchell Beckerson, Ashley Fish and Bridget Burgett.

Friends may visit from 11 a.m. until the 2 p.m. funeral service Saturday, Dec. 5, at Schmidt & Bartelt Notbohm-Kreutzmann Funeral Home, 121 S. Cross St.,Oconomowoc. His final rest will be at Summit Cemetery.
