Joseph A. Becker of Mesa, Ariz., formerly of Waukesha, died Friday, May 1, 2009, at age 86. He was born Dec. 24, 1922 in Kenosha, to Joseph and Myrtle Becker. He was a member of Bethesda Presbyterian Church in the town of Genesee. He lived in Mesa since 1989.

Joseph will be sadly missed by his daughter, Barbara (Scott) Sangsland of Claremont, Calif.; son, Randy (Sue) Becker of Muskego; and stepdaughter, Jill (Jack) Coy-Magestro of Hartland. He is further survived by his six grandchildren, one great-grandson, and other relatives and numerous friends.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 12, at Graceland Cemetery on the corner of Graceland Boulevard and Osborne Boulevard in Racine.
