Mildred Marie Rohde

July 29,1917 - May 7, 2009

Mildred Marie Rohde of Oconomowoc passed away Thursday, May 7, 2009, at age 91. Mildred was born July 29,1917, in Milwaukee, to Daniel Raasch and Anna Zunker.

She married Walter Rohde on Sept. 28,1935, in Oconomowoc. Walter preceded her in death.

Mildred was a printer in the printing department at the Carnation Co. in Oconomowoc and was a member of the Oconomowoc Golden Agers.

Mildred is survived by her brother, Gene (Audrey) Raasch of North Carolina, and her grandchildren, Gail (Tony) Stein of Oconomowoc and Mark (Sue) Gray of Sullivan. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mildred was preceded in death by her daughter, Lynn, and brother, Daniel.

Friends may visit from 9:30 a.m. until the 11 a.m. service Wednesday, May 13, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, 145 Lisbon Road, Oconomowoc. Her final rest will be in LaBelle Cemetery.
