Joseph A. Rosenberger

Joseph A. Rosenberger, of Muskego, died Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2009, at age 84. He was born March 17, 1925, the son of Joseph and Louise (Gottinger) Rosenberger.
Joseph married Doris Kollbach on June 5, 1954. He graduated from Marquette High School, then entered the U.S. Army and served during World War II as an air traffic controller with the Army Air Corps. Joseph attended Marquette University, where he received his business degree. He retired after 30 years at Harnischfeger Corp. as an assembler of heavy duty overhead cranes. Joseph was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing, rabbit hunting, bicycling and cross-country skiing, but his grandchildren were the love of his life.
Joseph is survived by his loving wife, Doris; daughter, Donna (John) Schroeder of Lake Mills; grandchildren, Margaret and Mitchell; and his sister, Louise (Frank) Meingast of Nashotah.
The visitation for Joseph will be held from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service Thursday, Nov. 12, at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd. in Waukesha, with the Rev. Robert Loggans officiating. A private burial will be held.
