28, 2009 Donald F. Sussek
of Waukesha was born April 2, 1928. He died Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2009. Don was a World
War II veteran in the merchant marines. He was proud of his work with the
aero-space program-atlas missile project. Don retired as a truck driver
with Waukesha Lime and Stone Co. He was the beloved
husband of Margaret “Peggy” (nee Manley); loving father of James,
Michael Sussek and Wendy (Larry) Diest; grandfather of Sheila (Christian),
Jeremy (Cathleen), Thomas and Sarah; great-grandfather of Maggie, Noah,
Jackson, Abigail, Charles and Kayla; and dear brother of Mary Hart, Paul
and Annette (Adrian) McCarthy. He is also loved by his nieces, nephews,
other relatives and friends. Visitation will be
held from 5 p.m. until the 7 p.m. funeral service Monday, Nov. 2, at
Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 W. Bluemound Road (at highways J and
JJ, four blocks south of Interstate 94), Waukesha, with the Rev. Bodwine
officiating. Don will be laid to rest with full military honors at 11 a.m.
Tuesday, Nov. 3, at Prairie Home Cemetery. In lieu of
flowers, memorials to St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, Waukesha. “TIME TO LET GO
