Richard J. ‘Dick’ DeHut

Richard J. "Dick" DeHut of Waukesha was born in Oconto to Raymond and Ethel. He was born to eternal life Thursday, Sept. 10, at the age of 76.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Yvonne (nee Olson); four sons, Richard of Milwaukee, Calvin of Rhinelander, Scott of Waukesha and Chris (Linda) of Algonquin, Ill.; grandchildren, Danielle, Keith and Erica; great-grandchildren, Kolton, Morgan and Kendra; sisters, Marie Cearfas, Jacqueline (Robert) Bertram, Donna (the late Clarence) Strobel and Norma (Marion) Wachowiak; and brother, Ronald (Marion) DeHut. Dick is also loved and survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his daughter-in-law, Theresa.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, and from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service Wednesday, Sept. 16, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 W. Bluemound Road, Waukesha (on highways J and JJ, four blocks south of Interstate 94), Waukesha. Entombment to follow at Prairie Home Cemetery.
