Margaret M. ‘Peg’ Bosko

Jan. 22, 1928 – April 6, 2010

Margaret M. "Peg" Bosko of Waukesha, formerly of Melrose Park, Ill., died Tuesday, April 6, 2010, at the age of 82. Peg was born in Chicago on Jan. 22, 1928, the daughter of William and Lillian Milligan.

Peg was a 1946 Immaculata High School graduate. She worked as a secretary in the Waukesha County Health and Human Services Department. She was an avid bowler who bowled on the New Comers League for more than 15 years. Peg enjoyed her Friday fish fries with the ladies. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Peg will be dearly missed by her children, Joseph (Cheryl) Bosko and Margaret Bosko; grandchildren, Lindsey, A.J., Margaret (Jeff), Ernest, Joseph and Michael; sister, Alice McDonnell; and sisters-in-law, Mary Milligan and Frances Murphy. Peg is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, "the ladies" and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; parents; and a brother, William.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral Mass on Saturday, April 10, at St. Anthony on the Lake Catholic Church, W280-N2101 Prospect Ave., Pewaukee. The Rev. R. Thomas Venne will be officiating. Entombment will be at Prairie Home Cemetery, Waukesha.

Memorials to the family are appreciated to be donated to the charity of their choice at a later date.
