Marilyn Tiegs of Milwaukee died Tuesday, April 6, 2010, at her home at the age of 77. She was born April 9, 1932, in Milwaukee, to Steven and Margaret Heblinger.

She had been a licensed practical nurse for many years at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital. She was a longtime member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Waukesha. She attended the adult daycare at Clement Manor. Marilyn enjoyed needlepoint and crocheting.

She will be sadly missed by her children, Thomas (Lori) Tiegs of Waukesha, Susan Rolfson of Tichigan and Judy (Darold) Drefahl of Milwaukee; and daughter-in-law, Louise Tiegs of Antigo. She is further survived by eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; brothers, Steve and George Heblinger; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Otto Sr. in 1981; and sons, Robert Tiegs in 2005 and Edward Otto Tiegs Jr. in 2009.

Graveside services will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 10, at Prairie Home Cemetery. Please meet at the cemetery office.
