Wm. G. ‘Bill’ Poznanski of Mukwonago was welcomed to his heavenly home
Wednesday, April 14, 2010, at the age of 91.

Bill, a farmer, was always active – playing dartball for more than 40 years, drumming in his polka band and woodworking. He enjoyed caring for and working with children – he was a foster parent, a 4-H leader, the farm manager at Norris School and a softball umpire.

Bill is survived by his children, Barbara Oliver and Mark (Angie) Poznanski; daughter-in-law, Christine Poznanski; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandsons.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Leona; son, Dale; son-in-law, James Oliver; as well as his brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the 3 p.m. funeral service Sunday, April 18, at Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, S89-W22970 Maple Ave., Big Bend. Burial will take place at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Rural Home Cemetery, Big Bend.
