Dahrald W. DeCoto, 64, of Waukesha, went into the loving arms of the Lord on Friday, July 30, 2010, at his home under the care of Rolland Nelson Crossroads Hospice of Waukesha.

He was born Dec. 28, 1945, in Bruce, the son of Walter and Lila (Jenness) DeCoto. He married Lana Pinnow on May 21, 1983, in Waukesha.
He proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1966 to 1968. Dahrald worked at Watertown Metal Products as a truck driver for 37 years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with family members. He especially enjoyed maintaining trucks, cars and Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

He will be deeply missed by his wife, Lana of Waukesha; brothers, Edwin (Sharon) DeCoto and David (Margaret) DeCoto, both of Helenville; sisters, Eda DeCoto of Helenville and Connie (the late Tom) Wiedenfeld of Watertown; and nieces, nephews and other family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, Aug. 3, at Olsen Funeral Home, 221 S. Center Ave., Jefferson. Visitation continues from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service Wednesday, Aug. 4, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Viviane E. Thomas-Breitfeld officiating. Burial will be in St. Luke’s Cemetery in Rome.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be given to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church of Waukesha or Rolland Nelson Crossroads Hospice of Waukesha.
