Lois A. Clancy of Brookfield was born to life July 4, 1934, and born to eternal life Monday, Aug. 2, 2010.
Lois was a loving mother, grammy, soulmate and friend. She had a gift of making everyone feel welcome and brought joy and happiness to all she knew. She loved playing games of all sorts, loved the Packers and any social gathering.
She is survived by her soul mate, Robert C. Culver; her six children, Terry (Mary) Clancy, Colleen Clancy, Cathleen (Jim) Flaherty, Thomas (Joanne) Clancy, Susan Clancy and Mary (Douglas) Mossman; and 13 grandchildren. She is also loved and survived by other relatives and many friends.
Lois was a graduate of Marquette Dental School, working as a dental hygienist until retirement four years ago. Upon retirement, she enjoyed volunteering at Elmbrook Hospital.
There will be a time of gathering from 5 p.m. until the 7 p.m. memorial service Friday, Aug. 6, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 W. Bluemound Road (at highways J and JJ, four blocks south of Interstate 94), Waukesha.
