Brian H. Feltner of Waukesha died unexpectedly Saturday, July 31, 2010, at the age of 54. Brian was born April 15, 1956, to Kurt and Lynn Feltner.

He married his best friend, Erica Barry, on Dec. 6, 1986. Brian was an operations manager for GE Healthcare for 26 years. He was a fierce competitor, mentor and friend. He enjoyed running, his motorcycle, ATV riding and golfing, but his greatest joy was spending time with his family.

Brian will be deeply missed by his wife, Erica; daughters, Erinn Lobdell and Riley Feltner; father, Kurt Feltner; brother, Britt (Camille) Feltner; sister, Shari (Tony) Parent; niece, Jessica Feltner; nephew, Curtiss Feltner; and many other relatives and friends.

Brian was preceded in death by his mother, grandparents and Bailey, the world’s best dog.

A casual memorial service celebrating Brian’s life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 7, at the Feltner residence, 1610 Auburn Court, Waukesha, WI 53189. Immediately following will be a celebration and reception in honor of Brian.

Brian had a tremendous love for babies and quietly championed teen mothers in need of support. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that diapers be donated to your local food pantry or women’s organization. They will also be accepted at the memorial.
