Donald W. Fehrman lost his courageous battle with cancer and was taken by winged angels to his heavenly home Monday, Aug. 9, 2010, at the age of 67.

He was the dear brother of Gerald (Betty) Fehrman, Idel Kangas, Gretta Beckwith, Doris Haylett (Wayne) and Norma Edwards (Richard). He is further survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Gretta Fehrman; brothers, Norwin and LeRoy Fehrman; sisters-in-law, Ade line, Bernice and JoAnne Fehrman; and brothers-inlaw, Robert Beckwith and Kenneth Kangas.

Don retired from HUSCO after working more than 40 years. He was an avid bowler, rolling a perfect 300 game twice. He loved to play bingo with his friends and family and going fishing until recently.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 13, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 W Bluemound Road (at highways J and JJ, four blocks south of Interstate 94), Waukesha. Visitation continues from 9 a.m. until the 10 a.m. funeral service Saturday, Aug. 14, at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1052 Whiterock Ave., Waukesha, with the Rev. Lawrence Gates officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Waukesha.
