Donna Jean Vincent of Wales died peacefully Friday, Dec. 3, 2010, surrounded by her family at AngelsGrace Hospice at the age of 62. She was born April 17, 1948, in Waukesha, the daughter of Donald and Esther (Zaic) Johnson.

Donna was a longtime member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church. Donna eagerly went to work everyday for Bill Barry at Speed Systems for more than 24 years. Always active, she treasured the friendships she formed at Stillwaters, Curves, Nia and yoga. Donna touched many people’s lives with her sewing skills and handmade greeting cards.

Donna will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 41 years, Michael; her children, Christine Vincent of Minneapolis, Minn., and Eric (Kari) Vincent of Milwaukee; her grandchildren, Nolan and Brady; her mother, Esther Hanke of Waukesha; her sisters, Beth (Ronald) Knox of Dallas and Susan (Mike) Sugrue of Waukesha; her sisters-inlaw, Cynthia (Bob) Deatrick of Waukesha and Lynn (John) Staub of Scottsdale, Ariz.; nieces and nephews, Alan, Amy, Jill, Ryan, Jennelle and Jaclyn; and a long list of friends who are all angels to her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Johnson.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the 7 p.m. memorial service Wednesday, Dec. 8, at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha.
