Fern M.Vohar Huelse (nee Wetterling)
July 22, 1931 – Dec. 13, 2010
Fern M. Vohar Huelse (nee Wetterling) of Pewaukee died Monday, Dec. 13,
2010, at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 79. She was born July
22, 1931, the daughter of Rudolf and Thelma (Brown) Wetterling.
Fern was an active member of the First Baptist Church in Waukesha. She was
proud to volunteer as an usher, greeter or anything else she could assist
with. She was a member of the choir, a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary
and a former Girl Scout leader.
Fern will be sadly missed by her children, Jeff
(Sherrie) Vohar of Milwaukee and Juanita Reuter of Pewaukee; her
grandchildren, Jamie, Jeff, Anna and Adam; her great-grandchildren,
Alexis, A.J., Abby and Bobby; her brother, Arlye (Trudy) Wetterling of
Sarona; and other relatives and friends.
She is preceded by her first husband, George Vohar, and her second
husband, Gordon Huelse.
Visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. until the 12:30 p.m. funeral
service Friday, Dec. 17, at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral
Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha. There will be a VFW Auxiliary 721
service at 12:15 p.m., just before the religious service. The Rev. Dr. Jim
Carlson will officiate. Interment will immediately follow at Highland
Memorial Park, New Berlin.
