Edwin R. Fiedler
Feb. 1, 1927 – Dec. 20, 2010
Edwin R. Fiedler was born to eternal life Monday, Dec. 20, 2010, at the
age of 83.
He was born in Milwaukee and raised in Port
Washington, but lived most of his life in Waukesha. He served his country
in the U.S. Army during World War II. He retired from Dresser Industries
Waukesha, formerly known as Waukesha Motors. He attended Bethesda
Presbyterian Church for many years. Edwin was a 32nd degree Mason in
Ozaukee Masonic Lodge No. 17, and served as a committee member for the
Town of Genesee years ago. Edwin was preceded in death by Caroline E.
Prinslow, whom he married when she lived at Port Washington, and his
sister, Alvina Graffenius (formerly Waldman). He is survived by his
daughters, Susan Fiedler and Debby Lynn (James) Aldrich. He is further
survived by his sister, Jesselyn (Herbert) Johl of Baltimore, Md., and
many other relatives. Thanks to Waukesha Memorial Hospital and especially
to Waukesha Springs Rehabilitation and Health Center and Vitas Hospice.
