Jeffrey ‘Jeff ’ John Studer

Jeffrey "Jeff" John Studer of Waukesha passed away unexpectedly at the age of 49 years.

Jeff attended North High School in Waukesha and was a 1978 graduate of Whitnall High School. Jeff attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and was a walk-on for the Badgers football team in 1979. He was also a graduate of Waukesha County Technical College’s tool and die program and later served his apprenticeship at New Berlin Plastics, where he worked for many years after. Jeff was employed as a project manager for R.J. Zeman Tool and Manufacturing Co. Jeff also vended at Brewers games with his daughter, Ellen, at Miller Park.

Jeff will be deeply missed by his wife, Laurel; his daughter, Ellen; his adopted son, Oren, all of Waukesha; his mother, Judith (Ken) Vondross, also of Waukesha; his brother, Jim Studer of West Allis, and his sister, Barbara (Ron) Fladwood of Mukwonago. He will also be remembered by his nephews, Austin and Jacob Krueger, as well as other relatives and friends.

Jeff was preceded in death by his father Edward Studer and his sister, Dana Ruetz.

The visitation for Jeff will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. today, Feb. 4, 2010, at the Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., in Waukesha. A second visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Friday, Feb. 5, 2010, at St. William Catholic Church, 440 N. Moreland Blvd. in Waukesha. The Waukesha West Chorus will be honoring Jeff with a musical selection beginning promptly at 10:45 a.m. The Mass for Jeff will be at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Thomas Krosnicki and Rev. Curt Frederick officiating. Interment will immediately follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Waukesha.
