RoseMarie Johnson of Waukesha died Monday, Feb. 8, 2010, at the Virginia Health & Rehabilitation Center at the age of 87. She was born Oct. 23, 1922, in Milwaukee, the daughter of Clarence and Josephine (nee Hernsted) Wantz.
On Oct. 21, 1961, she married Rehm Johnson in Libertyville, Ill. She received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Marquette University. For many years, she worked as an industrial nurse for Blatz Brewery.
She is survived by her stepdaughters, Janet Johnson of Mundelein, Ill., and Judith (Bill) Neuner of Brocksville, Fla. She is further survived by seven grandchildren; 16 greatgrandchildren; cousins, Gloria Young of Waukesha and Doris Jane VanHouten of Madison; and other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rehm, on April 17, 1984.
No services will be held. Entombment will take place at Arlington Park Cemetery in Milwaukee.
