Louise Witz, age 77, of Necedah, died Sunday, Feb. 14, 2010, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Louise was born March 30, 1932, in Milwaukee, to Gregory and Evelyn Mucha. She graduated from St. Mary’s High School in Milwaukee in 1949. She married Ramon R. Witz on April 22, 1950, in Milwaukee. The couple was blessed with four children and moved to Adams County in 1970.

Louise enjoyed crocheting, gambling, watching wildlife, bird watching and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Ramon R. Witz of Necedah; daughter, Lora (Dan) Peters of Waukesha; sons, Ramon (Cheri) Witz of Friendship, James (Shar) Witz of Arkdale and Glenn (Debi) Witz of Arkdale; grandchildren, Tammy (Jim) McNulty of Burlington, Wyo., Tony Peters of Watertown, Tracey Peters of Waukesha, Jeremy Witz of Friendship, Ramon (Angela) Witz III of East Bethel, Minn., Kyle Haumschild of Friendship, Daniel Witz of Arkdale; nine great-grandchildren; and brother, Richard (Betty) Mucha of Shawano. She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Louise was preceded in death by father, Gregory Mucha; mother, Evelyn Cole; and brother, Ronald Mucha.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the 7:30 p.m. memorial service Wednesday, Feb.17, at Roseberry’s Funeral Home, 512 Main St., Friendship. The Rev. James P. McNamee will officiate.
