PEWAUKEE Grant M. Thomann Grant M. Thomann passed away Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2010, at age 15. He was the devoted and cherished son of John and Charlotte (nee Rhode) Thomann; loving big brother of Nash; the loved and cherished grandson of Wendel and Helen Thomann; dear nephew of Walter (Lexi) Thomann; and the dear cousin of John M. (Jodie) Thomann. Grant is further survived by his loving family in Germany, Ruth (Sepp) Rau, Alex, Natalie and his great-aunt, Irmgard Nikolaus. Grant will also be missed by his godfather, Chris; his godmother, Dawn; other relatives; his friends at Arrowhead; and many other friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gerald and Carole Rhode. Grant was a competing member of the Arrowhead Hawks swim and track team. He was also a proud member of Boy Scout Troop No. 224 in Hartland. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 22, at St. Anthony on the Lake, W280-N2101 Prospect Ave., Pewaukee. Another visitation will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, at the church, with a Mass of Christian burial at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Lac LaBelle Cemetery, Oconomowoc. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated to be used for a monument for Grant. Church and Chapel Funeral Home is serving the family.
