Gabriela "Gay" Heling passed away Friday, Feb. 19, 2010, at age 83.

She was the beloved wife of Rudolph Heling; dear sister of Roland (the late Dorothy), the late Marianne (the late Norman) Birzer and the late Bernard (Lucille) Buechner; sister-in-law Viola (Harold) Kempin and the late Ester (Walter) Strupp. Gay will also be missed by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Gay loved to make ceramic figures, gardening, canning, playing sheepshead and being a housewife to Rudy. She also had a good sense of humor, grace and had no complaints.

The family would like to give special thanks to Manor Care Nursing Home and Heartland Hospice Care.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, at Peace Lutheran Church, W240-N65145 Maple Ave., Sussex. Interment will be held at Lisbon-Merton Union Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial to the church are appreciated.

Church and Chapel, 549-0659, is serving the family.
