Many fine examples of her exquisite needlework grace the homes of her family and friends. Mary Ellen loved to sing. She enjoyed a wide variety of music, with jazz and big band music among her favorites. In her later years, Mary Ellen traveled to both coasts and spent several summers in Wisconsins Door County.
