May 18, 1944 – July 19, 2010

Gerald J. Zeutzius of Oconomowoc sailed to his eternal home Monday, July 19, 2010, at the age of 66.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 44 years, Carol (nee Barrons). He was the adored father of Kim (Terry) Sneller and Gerald (Jeannae) Zeutzius Jr.; proud and cherished grandfather of Kassandra (Sean) Thurow, Brady Sneller, Molly Sneller, Jenner Zeutzius and Sydney Zeutzius; brother of Carl (Chris) Zeutzius and Richard (Patricia) Zeutzius; son-in-law of Walter Barrons; and brother in-law of Barbara (David) Torrison and Roberta (Thomas) Dierbeck. Gerald is further survived by many adoring nieces, nephews and special friends.

Gerald was a successful and trusted State Farm Insurance agent for 38 years in Hartland. He was a member of Dr. Martin Luther Church in Oconomowoc. Jerry had a great passion for boating and was known as the "Lake Angel" of Lac La Belle. In addition, Jerry was passionate about his family and friends. His love and laughter is missed by all who knew him.

A celebration of Gerald’s life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 24, at Dr. Martin Luther Church, 325 S. Main St., Oconomowoc. Family will greet friends from 9 a.m. until the time of the 11 a.m. service at the church. Burial to follow at Glenview Memorial Gardens in Ixonia.
