Feb. 5, 1954 – July 22, 2010

Juan Carlos Medina "Carlos" of Waukesha passed away Thursday, July 22, 2010, at the age of 56. He was born in Waukesha on Feb. 5, 1954, to the late Jose and Natalia (Garcia) Medina.

Juan loved to play baseball as a kid and grew up to be a die hard Brewers and Packers fan.

Juan will be dearly missed by his mother, Natalia; children, Juan Carlos Jr. (Theresa), Corrina Medina, Talia Medina, Matthew Schultz, Joanna Medina and Cassandra Medina; stepchildren, Melissa, Davina and the late Michael; and grandchildren, Sean, Shacine, Nathan, Melody, Anastasia, Dominic, Joshua, Noah, Micaela, Jada, Carito and Medina. Juan is further survived by his brothers, Jose (Bonnie) Medina and Jesse (Judy) Medina; former wife and best friend, Marlene Medina, and her sister, Sandra Dworczyk; and nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the 7 p.m. funeral service Wednesday, July 28, at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the family.
