TOWN OF VERNON Michael H. Cook Michael H. Cook, 60, of the town of Vernon, passed away Monday, June 7, 2010, with his family by his side after a long struggle with diabetes. Survivors include his loving wife, Kris; sons, Keenan and Kullen; and a host of other family and friends. Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until the 3 p.m. memorial service Friday, June 18, at the Southminster Presbyterian Church, 200 Richard St., Waukesha, with a reception to follow.
