Jean E. Amrhein (Dawe) of East Troy passed away peacefully at home Sunday, March 14, 2010, at age 85.

Jean was born in Milwaukee on Feb. 2, 1925, the daughter of John and Florence (nee Bostrom) Lucas.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Cheryl Edgerton, Barbara (Nicholas) Lardy, Nancy Khan (Neal Camarillo), Sally (Richard Jr.) Peterson and Doris (James) Hickrod. She is further survived by eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Jean was preceded in death by her husbands, Lawrence Dawe and Norman Amrhein.

A celebration of Jean’s life will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, March 19, at Wisconsin Memorial Park Family Center, 13235 W. Capitol Drive, Brookfield.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Waukesha Memorial Hospital Foundation, Attn: Regional Cancer Center.
