Harvey C. Hasslinger
May 16,1926 – May 2, 2010
Harvey C. Hasslinger, 83, of Oconomowoc, passed
away Sunday, May 2, 2010, at AngelsGrace Hospice. Harvey was born May
16,1926, in Nashotah, to George Hasslinger and Clara Krause.
Harvey was an internal machinist for Waukesha
Engine (Dresser) for 40 years. He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran
Church of Oconomowoc.
Harvey is survived by his children, Diane (R.
Michael) Stewart of Oak Hill,Gail (the Rev. David) Norwood of Wapato,
Wash., Jean (Timothy) Fohey of Dousman, Linda Hasslinger of Sheboygan and
Ron (Cathy) Hasslinger of Oregon, Wis. He was the fond brother of David
(Marion) Hasslinger of Watertown, George (Maryann) Hasslinger Jr. of
Oconomowoc and Beverly (George) Meyer of Plymouth. He is also survived by
his 14 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren, other relatives and
friends.
Harvey was preceded in death by his parents;
brother, John; sister, Francis (Milton) Morris; and special friend,
Lillian Shaw.
Friends may visit from 4:30 p.m. until the 6:30
p.m. funeral service Friday, May 7, at Schmidt & Bartelt
Notbohm-Kreutzmann Funeral Home, 121 S. Cross St., Oconomowoc, with the
Rev. Ron Krug officiating. His final rest will be at LaBelle Cemetery.
