David Donald Hoerres

David Donald Hoerres of Waukesha, 53, passed away
peacefully in his sleep Saturday, May 8, 2010.
He is survived by his former wife and friend,
Janet Hoerres; his children, David and Teresa Hoerres; and his mother,
Patricia Hoerres. David is also survived by his special friend, Elfie
Smith; his sisters, Kathy (Mike) Donahoe, Geri (Steve) Engelhardt and
Donna Clark; his brother, Michael (Lynn) Hoerres; and other relatives and
David attended Custer High School in Milwaukee for
three years and graduated from Waukesha South High School in 1975. He was
a member of the military police while serving with the U.S. Air Force and
was noted as an excellent marksman. He was a member of the Milwaukee
Carpenters Union and worked on the construction of Miller Park, as well as
the Milwaukee Art Museum with world-renowned architect Santiago Calatrava.
Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the 6
p.m. funeral service Friday, May 14, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home,
380 W. Bluemound Road (at highways J and JJ, four blocks south of
Interstate 94), Waukesha.
