Jerome J. Beres found eternal peace Monday, May 10, 2010, at the age of 79.

He was the beloved husband of the late Mary Ann.

Jerome was the loving father of Barbara (David) Meier, Steven (Jill), Michael (Kathy), Edward "Frank" (Mary) and Sharon (Steven) Dobson; dear grandpa of Dean (Angela) Meier, David (Brittany) Meier, Nicole (Shane) Smykal, Ted, Sarah and Alissa Beres, Danielle, Nicholas and Nathan Nimmer, Jacob Beres, Lauren and Kelly Beres and Kyle Dobson; dear great-grandpa of Addison Mary Ann Smykal; fond brother of Dorothy (Joseph) Turk; and fond brother-in-law of Carol Beres, Walter Radermacher, Margaret Beres, Shirley Beres, Kathryn Anderson, Robert (Muriel) Egofske and John Brunner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Matthias and Susan Beres; and his brothers and sisters, Ray, Al, Julius, Clem, Adeline, Eugene, Lorraine, Matt Jr., Herb, his twin brother Gerald and Larry.

Visitation will be held from 8:30 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. Saturday, May 15, at Holy Apostles Catholic Church, 16000 W. National Ave., New Berlin, with a Mass of Christian burial at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be at Holy Apostles Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Holy Apostles Endowment Fund would be appreciated.
