Claude J. Krenzer

Claude J. Krenzer of Pewaukee found peace Tuesday, May 18, 2010, at the age of 80 years with his longtime companion, Marilyn Luehmann, at his side.

Claude was the dear cousin of Jean Chapman, Earle Fenzl, John Kovatch, Kathleen Kovatch and Geraldine Mielke. Greatly appreciated for being there by Ronald and Terry Luehmann. Claude is further survived by other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Emma (nee Nabke) Krenzer; and a cousin, Arthur Fenzl.

Claude was a member of Pewaukee Masonic Lodge 246 F. & A.M., earning the tile of Master Mason on June 15, 1953. He also belonged to the Milwaukee Tripoli Temple and the Milwaukee Scottish Rite. Claude attended Carroll College for two years before going to Marquette University, where he graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering. He worked for Allis Chalmers and later Husco, where he was the vice president of sales. At the same time, he was also the corporate pilot for Husco, as well as for many other companies in the area with their own airplanes. From 1974 to 1976, Claude tried his hand as a restaurant owner, operating the Airport Restaurant on Highway JJ in Pewaukee.

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service Saturday, May 22, at Yonke & Son Funeral Home, 205 Prospect Ave., Pewaukee, with the Rev. Pete Peterson officiating. Interment will be at 10 a.m. Monday, May 24, at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery, Pewaukee. Please meet at the cemetery.
