Marjorie "Marge" Goergen (nee Erickson) was born Jan. 8, 1934, and passed away Friday, Oct. 1, 2010, of complications from Alzheimer’s disease.

She was the wife of 54 years to Ronald J. Goergen; mother of Dana (Gerald) Shew of Oshkosh, Kurt (Cheryl) Goergen of Eau Claire and Paula Mandel of Watertown; grandmother of Brian Shew of Franklin, Kelly Shew of Oshkosh, Cory Goergen of Ames, Iowa, and Ryan and Ellie Mandel of Watertown; sister of Betty (Scott) Roberts of Fond du Lac, John (Beverly) Erickson of Lake Geneva and Helen (Donald) Grunden of Lake Geneva; and the sister-in-law of Theresa Goergen of Kansas City, Mo.

Marge was a registered nurse for the Milwaukee County Mental Health Center. She will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, seamstress, decorator and homemaker. The Best A-Class Lady.

Services were held.
