Dennis M. Braeger of Eagle River, formerly of Pewaukee, was born to eternal life Sunday, Oct. 3, 2010, at the age of 65.

He was the beloved husband of Judy (nee Heger); loving father of Denise (Russ) Pfeiffer and Mark (Jenny) Braeger; proud grandfather of Mike and Madeline Pfeiffer and Seth and Samuel Braeger; and fond brother of Mike, Judi and Bonnie. He is further survived by his birth mother, Bernice "Budget" Daniels, and other relatives and friends.

Dennis was preceded in death by his first wife and the mother of his children, Melody; and his parents, Earl and Martha (nee Knuth) Braeger.

Dennis was proud to be a Teamster working in the trucking industry. After moving to northern Wisconsin in 1997, Dennis was able to enjoy horseshoes, riding his ATV, deer hunting and, most of all, ice fishing.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the 7 p.m. funeral service Friday, Oct. 8, at Yonke & Son Funeral Home, 205 Prospect Ave., Pewaukee. The Rev. William McBride will be officiating. Private interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery, Pewaukee.
