Mary A. Gormanson (nee Kirschner), age 87, of Hartland, entered eternal life Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2010.

She was the loving wife for 39 years to Roy; beloved mother of Richard (Mary) Nagel, Dave (Sue) Preusse, Dwayne (Cathy) Gormanson and Glen (Mary) Gormanson; proud and loving grandmother of Kelly Barron and Keith Gormanson; and great-grandma of Jude Barron. She is further survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the noon funeral service Saturday, Sept. 11, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 W. Bluemound Road (at highways J and JJ, four blocks south of Interstate 94), Waukesha. Committal will be private.

Memorials to the American Cancer Society or to the Waukesha County Humane Society are appreciated.
