James W. White
Dec. 4, 1932 – Sept. 7, 2010
James W. White of Waukesha died Tuesday,
Sept. 7, 2010, at the age of 77. He was born Dec. 4, 1932, in Waukesha,
the son of Milton and Mary (Lean) White.
James had fond memories of attending Waukesha High School, then went on to
serve his country in the U.S. Army. He later resided in Wauwatosa for many
years, working at Marshall and Ilsley Bank in Milwaukee until retirement.
James will be deeply missed by his children, Douglas White of Arkansas,
Kenneth White of Costa Rica, Marc (Therese) White of Cedarburg and
Catharine White of Shawano; grandchildren, Christine, Stephanie and
Charlie; and his brother, Milton (Caryl) White of California. Also very
important in his life were his niece, Diane Miller, and nephew, Scott
Schroeder.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Agnes, and his parents.
Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the 2 p.m. memorial service
Sunday, Sept. 12, at First United Methodist Church, 121 Wisconsin Ave.,
Waukesha. The Rev. Dan Schwerin will preside. His final resting place will
be at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove.
