Charles ‘Chuck’ A. Theama

Aug. 4, 1953 – Sept. 12, 2010

Charles "Chuck" A. Theama of Pewaukee died Sunday, Sept. 12, 2010, at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at age 57. He was born Aug. 4, 1953, in North Prairie, the son of Raymond and Marion (nee Volk) Theama.

Chuck was a 1972 graduate of Waukesha South High School. He has been a member of the Evangelical & Reformed United Church of Christ since 1977, where he married the former Laurie Murdock on Oct. 1, 1977. For 32 years, he worked for Johnson Sand and Gravel. He enjoyed the many bands he has played with over the years. He was most recently playing drums and singing with Nostalgia. One of his greatest joys was working on his 1947 Ford Coupe.

He will be sadly missed by his wife, Laurie of Pewaukee, along with their children, Trisha Theama and Tennille Theama, both of Oak Creek. He was the dear brother of Ray Theama of Stoughton, Sharon Theama of Pewaukee, Barbara Butler of Watertown and Don (Angie) Theama of Delafield. He will be lovingly remembered by his best friend and "brother," Andy Congemi; granddog, Benny; grandcat, Otis My Man; and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the 7 p.m. funeral service Wednesday, Sept. 15, at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha.

Memorials may be made to the Lymphoma Leukemia Society, 200 S. Executive Drive, Suite 203, Brookfield, WI 53005; or the American Cancer Society, N19-W24350 Riverwood Drive, Waukesha, WI 53188.
