Geraldine E. Baumgartner (nee Michaud) of Waukesha found peace Friday, Sept. 17, 2010, at the age of 85.

She was the loving mother of Zida (Jim) Reed, Raymond (Betty) Baumgartner and Philip (Heather) Baumgartner; dear stepmother of Gerald (Julie), David (Pat), Robert, Andrew (Cheryl), Charlotte (Jim) Turner and Alice Miller; sister of Opal Cavalieri; and the proud grandmother of 33 grandchildren, numerous greatgrandchildren and greatgreat-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond; son, Walter Jones; stepdaughter, Phyllis Schneider; grandson, Jim Baumgartner; brother, Bernard Michaud; sister-in-law, Ruth Baumgartner; and parents, Philip and Zida Michaud. Geraldine is further survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the 6 p.m. funeral service Thursday, Sept. 23, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 W. Bluemound Road (at highways J and JJ, four blocks south of Interstate 94), Waukesha. Interment will be private.
