Sara E. Wieber

Sara E.
Wieber was born into eternal life Wednesday, April 13, 2011, at the age of
74. She was born into this world April 5, 1937, to Walter and Maybel (nee
Kiley) Flanagan.
Sara attended St. Joseph Grade School and was a
graduate of Catholic Memorial High School. She attended Marquette
University and was a graduate of Mount Mary College. Sara taught English
at South Division High School and John Marshall High School in Milwaukee.
Sara was a devoted member of St. Mary Catholic Church, where she was
active in the Wednesday Morning Women’s Bible Study Group. She was an
avid sports fan, following closely Marquette University basketball, the
Packers and the Brewers. Sara enjoyed crafts, including needlepoint and
cross-stitch. She loved playing bridge and played with a group in her
neighborhood and with close college friends. Sara’s greatest joys were
her grandchildren and the time she spent with them.
She will be sadly missed by her loving husband of
47 years, Charles Wieber of Waukesha; their son, Michael (Amy) Wieber of
Pewaukee; and her darling grandchildren, Megan, Nicholas, Madeline and
Kayla Wieber, all of Pewaukee. She is further survived by her aunt,
Bernice Burbach, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Maybel
Flanagan; her father, Walter Flanagan; and stepmother, Loretta Flanagan.
Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Monday, April 18, at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave.,
Waukesha. Visitation continues from 9 a.m. until the 10:30 a.m. funeral
Mass on Tuesday, April 19, at St. Mary Catholic Church, 225 S. Hartwell
Ave., Waukesha, WI 53188. Interment will take place at St. Joseph
Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St.
Mary Catholic Church or the Jesuit Partnership, 3400 W. Wisconsin Ave.,
Milwaukee, WI 53208.

and the nurses and staff at Waukesha Memorial Hospital ICU for their
attention and loving care.
