Betty L. Wollenzien was born to life April 12, 1933, and found eternal peace Wednesday, April 13, 2011, at the age of 78.

She was the loving wife for 61 years to John; dearest mother of Steven (Courtney); dear Grams of Jayme (Alaina), Daniel (Melissa) and C.J.; and fond sister of Bernice Knauer, Doris Smith, Joan Ferris, Lloyd (Doris) Pundsack and Germaine (Melvyn) Pape. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until the 7 p.m. memorial service Tuesday, April 19, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 Bluemound Road (at highways J and JJ, four blocks south of Interstate 94), Waukesha.

The family would like to thank the staff at Waukesha Memorial Hospital and the ICU unit. Also Dr. Leech, Dr. Berman and Dr. Strong for their loving care.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated.
