Dione Livingston (nee Banach)

Dione Livingston (nee Banach) of Waukesha died Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2011, at LindenGrove-Waukesha at age 74. She was born Dec. 21, 1936, to Anton and Estelle (nee Dargiewicz) Banach.

On Sept. 18, 1965, she married James Livingston in Milwaukee. She worked at Milwaukee City Hall before working for many real estate agencies, including Century 21, Reich & Roberts and The Arneson Group. She was a longtime member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church. Dione enjoyed playing in many card clubs.

She will be sadly missed by her husband, James of Waukesha; along with their children, John (Mary) Livingston of Omaha, Neb., and Linda (Brian) Beyersdorf of Lemoore, Calif.; and her dear grandchildren, Anthony, Ryan, Greg, Matt and Evan. She is further survived by her brothers, Don Banach of Oconomowoc, Gil (Judy) Banach of Greendale and Ray Banach of Milwaukee, and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her brother, George Banach; sisters-in-law, Bonnie Banach, Marcy Banach and Beverly Banach; and nephews, Mark Banach and Geoffrey Marriott.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the noon funeral Mass on Friday, Aug. 26, at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 2400 W. Highway 59, Waukesha. The Rev. John Schreiter will preside.
