Mitchell A. Rodefer, 28, of Caledonia, died unexpectedly as a result of a medical condition at his home Thursday, Dec. 8, 2011. He was born Nov. 24, 1983, to Dennis and Susan (nee Nazeris) Rodefer.

Mitchell graduated from Wilmot High School. On Oct. 1, 2011, he was united in marriage to Katelin Page in Kenosha. Mitchell was adventurous and loved roadtripping, taking random turns, discovering various ways to get to his destinations. He loved animals and always rooted for the underdog.

Mitchell was an awesome father and stepfather, a wonderful husband and a loving son and brother. He had a way of making people laugh and was always willing to help anyone. He will be missed by all.

Mitchell is survived by his parents, Dennis and Susan; his wife, Katelin; a son, Aidan Mitchell Mischke; two stepsons, Aden Guy Valerin and Gabriel Scot Valerin; his In-laws, Laurie and Mike Page; a brother, Matthew (Debbie) Rodefer of Waukesha; and a sister, Mellisa Rodefer of Silver Lake.

Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until the 6 p.m. funeral service Tuesday, Dec. 13, at the Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home, 625 Browns Lake Drive, Burlington, with Michael Page officiating. Inurnment will take place at a later date in Hudson Cemetery.
